About
My goal is to provide a safe space for the exploration and understanding of all feelings, behaviors, reactions, and patterns people may be experiencing. We can get caught up in our own internal, and external, culture of limited perspectives, often in order to protect ourselves, while simultaneously noticing their ironic impact on our being held back, stuck, generally unfulfilled, or depressed and unable to comfortably relate to others. In all my work, I strive to broaden and deepen relationships, expanding perspectives that lead to more compassion and connection, with one’s self, within intimate relationships, and with others in the world.
